About Brighter Days
Brighter Days is run by Catherine and offers friendly, practical, non-medical home help and befriending to people in the areas surrounding Marham, out as far as Downham Market, Swaffham and West Winch.
Catherine explains: “I’m a military wife, and my family and I have recently moved to Upper Marham. I’m looking forward to getting to know the local community and offering thoughtful, practical support to people who could use a little extra help at home.”
With previous experience in care, Catherine understands that there can be a gap between managing everything alone and needing professional care. Brighter Days aims to help bridge that gap with everyday household assistance and companionship, shaped around each person’s routines and preferences.
Support may include light housekeeping, laundry and ironing, simple meal preparation, friendly visits, conversation and companionship, and hobbies or activities. Brighter Days does not provide professional or personal care.
